Psychosocial Intervention with Children and Youth at risk
The Master’s Degree in Psychosocial Intervention with Children and Young People at Risk aims to provide specialised technical training in the design, development and evaluation of specific intervention projects and methodologies implemented in measures for the prevention and protection of children and young people at risk. The training paradigm presupposes the development of a learning culture aimed at promoting the health, well-being and quality of life of children and adolescents at the personal, social, family and institutional levels, with a focus on networking, multidisciplinary teams and ways of humanising services.
The aim is for master’s students to acquire knowledge and develop skills that enable them to intervene in an informed manner with socially vulnerable populations, more specifically Children and Young People at Risk.
– Public or private social welfare and humanitarian institutions supporting children and young people;
– Multidisciplinary teams supporting children and young people at risk (abandonment, social exclusion, abuse, etc.).
