Understand Public Relations as an activity for the internal and external humanisation of the organisation;
Discern the objectives, types, organisational models and instruments of Public Relations.

Skills at the end of the course

Design advertising or institutional communication strategies;
Establish and maintain internal communication networks;
Manage sponsorship and patronage projects;
Maintain relevant contacts with the media;
Organise events;
Write and edit house organs and other institutional publications.
